Shammy's Auto Wash Membership Terms & Conditions

The Shammy's Monthly Wash Membership makes it easy to keep your vehicle clean with unlimited washes and, where available, credits for additional services. Your membership renews automatically each month until canceled.

Membership & Renewals

• Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically until canceled by the customer.
• You may cancel your membership at any time. However, no refunds or partial credits will be given for unused days within a billing period.
• Each membership applies to one vehicle only. If you use your membership on another vehicle, that vehicle will automatically be added to your account’s Family Plan, and additional charges will apply.
• By enrolling, you authorize Shammy’s Auto Wash to charge your credit or debit card each month through auto-renewal.
• Canceling and rejoining within 30 days will resume your previous billing cycle, treated as a continuation of the prior membership.

Weather & Maintenance Closures

Shammy’s Auto Wash reserves the right to temporarily close due to inclement weather, maintenance, or other operational needs, with or without prior notice.

Communication & Consent

By providing your email address and phone number, you agree to receive updates about your membership, service notifications, and promotional messages via email and text. You may unsubscribe at any time, but doing so may prevent important account-related notifications from reaching you.

Privacy & Data Collection

Information collected may include your name, phone number, email address, payment method, and transaction history. This data is used to manage your membership and enhance your experience at Shammy’s Auto Wash.

Image Use & Release

By using our services, you grant Shammy’s Auto Wash and its service provider, Dencar Technology Inc., permission to capture and use your image or likeness in photographs, videos, or other media for marketing and operational purposes. You waive the right to review or approve such usage and release all claims related to the use of your image.

• Membership benefits may not be combined with other offers or promotions.
• Shammy’s reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the program at any time.

My Wash Club App / My Wash Membership App

The My Wash Club App / My Wash Membership App provides for the management of car wash services. Monthly wash passes provides a package of washes and ancillary service credits where available on a monthly basis in each month that the pass is renewed. The monthly wash pass automatically renews until Customer cancels the service via the app. Operator reserves the right to cancel, amend, or change the program as it feels necessary. Membership can be cancelled at any time. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods. Operators reserve the right to close the wash at times due to adverse weather conditions or due to maintenance with or without notice. The monthly wash pass price is per vehicle washed at our facilities. Customer understands that washing another vehicle with your monthly wash pass will result in that vehicle being added to your monthly wash pass family plan automatically and agrees to the associated increase in monthly charges. By enrolling in the monthly wash pass program, I agree that the credit/debit card provided can be charged automatically via auto renewal. I also agree that I waive any and all right to withhold or delay payment of the related charges, whether as described in my agreement with the card issuer or otherwise. I agree that my enrollment with my email address and cell phone number is my explicit consent to receive communication email and text messaging from the company regarding my wash pass account and car wash operations and updates including marketing activity. I can unsubscribe from these messages at any time through standard cancel/unsubscribe practices and I understand that if I cancel/unsubscribe, I will lose access to automated alerts regarding my account. Information collected by the app and its use includes location services access, app analytics, notification services, credit card payment information, payment history, name, phone, and email. The monthly wash pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions. By subscribing to the monthly wash pass service, I hereby grant the car wash operator, and its supplier, Dencar Technology Inc, non-revocable permission to capture my image and likeness in photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media (collectively “Images”). I acknowledge that Dencar Technology Inc will own such Images and further grant the Dencar Technology permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print and reprint such Images in any manner whatsoever related to its business, including without limitation, publications, advertisements, brochures, web site images, or other electronic displays and transmissions thereof. I further waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the Image by Dencar Technology prior to its use. I forever release and hold Dencar Technology harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Images in any manner or media whatsoever, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the Images, including without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity.
